- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My cat Merlin had to be put down at 15 years old, I love that they have us options between putting him to sleep or letting him live out the last few hours, days, or weeks at home. But we eventually desided to put him to sleep and not let him suffer any longer. They let us say our goodbyes and we chose for it to be done after we left. Today (6 days after he he had to be put to sleep) they called us, told us his ashes were ready to be picked up, they have us a box with ribbons tied around it with a cute card. When I got home I opened the box and it had a urn in it. I am so thankful he isn't going through any pain now!
