- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Tatro has a great bedside manner. I recently discovered that I have arthritis in my shoulder. I came in because I couldn't dress myself or put my bra on. My right shoulder hurt like the dickens. Dr. Tatro said I had bursitis, tendinitis. After x-rays we found out that I also had arthritis. She recommended I see a physical therapist. She gave me several to choose from. If my pain returns I will call and get another appointment with Dr. Tatro. Diana is the receptionist. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Office is always clean. Staff is efficient and kind. Right now because of the construction on McCarren it is a little bit of a bear getting onto Roberta Lane. Parking lot is limited but I have never seen it full. The office seats 8 maybe. There is a coffee Keurig in the office. Diana usually ask if I would like a water.
