- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪An appointment was made after a visit last month. Within an hour they called and says that they don't have the impression ready. The point in having an appointment is to schedule and plan what to do do such as taking a day off from work. It is of course a common practice that they will bill a patient once they miss an apppintment. So are they paying the patient for making them miss work because of them. Also, they billed us twice for a contract that was established and signed. Upon talking to them, they are very rude and the reasoning is very unprofessional.
